Resident - 2 Days (16 Hours)

Scope:

The Army Profession and Ethic Trainer Course prepares trainers to instruct using new lessons and supporting materials from the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE) that are being developed for officer and enlisted institutional training programs. The new lessons place increased emphasis on the meaning and applicability for Soldiers of the Army as a profession and of values, morals, and ethics in their professional activities. The basis for the new lessons and materials are both new research on ethics and the way Soldiers deal with ethical situations. Additionally, the knowledge and skills learned in the workshop can be used with existing curriculum and by unit leaders during training and daily operations.

Special Information:

Minimum of 6 students, maximum of 15.

Prerequisites:

Recommend an Instructor/Facilitator Course such as ABIC, IFSC (SGITC) or FDP1.
