Resident - 2 Days (16 Hours)

Scope:

The Army Profession and Ethic Trainer Course prepares trainers to develop professional character using lessons and supporting materials from the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic (CAPE). The lessons place emphasis on the meaning and applicability of values, morals, and ethics in our professional activities. The basis for the lessons and
materials are new research on ethics, case studies, and ADRP-1 “The Army Profession.” The knowledge and skills learned in the workshop can be used with  existing curriculum and by unit leaders during training and daily operations to develop character and the moral leadership necessary for trust. 

Special Information:

Minimum of 6 students, maximum of 15.
